FAQS
Do you produce parent rolls from recycled fiber?
Yes! Our de-inking machine at our Ladysmith Mill allows us to produce from 100% recycled fiber and mostly post-consumer waste while providing the appearance and performance characteristics consumers expect from high-quality, branded towels, tissue and napkins. We can also blend in recycled fibers on most of our other machines!

More than 200 colors! Choose from blue, mauve, lavender, peach, green, blue, teal, red, ecru, pink, white, white recycled and even black napkins! While most suppliers only provide pastels, we can provide a rainbow of colors from the palest pink to deepest blue or black, and everything in between.
What kind of waxing services do you provide?
We offer pre-waxing, dry waxing, inline waxing, and wet waxing capabilities from 1.5 to 8-pound wax weights. Plus, our custom slitting and winding of waxed papers is unparalleled in North America!
What makes BSP’s on-machine waxed paper unique?
BiOrigin Specialty Products (BSP) has an innovative in-line process to apply a thin, metered layer of wax to a base sheet of paper. The application method is an economical alternative to off-line processes commonly used in food packaging applications.
BSP is the world leader in on-machine waxed paper and the only paper maker in the world to apply wax directly to the paper as it is being made on the paper machine. This method is the most efficient method of making dry waxed paper grades.
Can you produce a natural-colored wax paper?
Yes! We know that our brand owners want to convey a sustainable, eco-friendly end use product for their customers and appreciate this more natural-looking wax paper as an alternative to bright white or printed wax papers. BiOrigin Specialty Products is one of few providers of natural-colored wax papers in North America.
